Yacht Rules

Version 2026-09-05-1 · Updated 5 September 2026

For the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all guests, please observe the following guidelines while on board.

Yacht restrictions

These are the ten onboard rules displayed on our main website:

  1. The yacht is permanently moored and cannot be navigated or driven. It is available for stationary rental only.
  2. No smoking inside the yacht
  3. No parties or large events
  4. No excessive noise
  5. No excessive alcohol consumption
  6. No pets allowed
  7. No outdoor shoes inside
  8. No candles or open flames
  9. No illegal substances
  10. No jumping from the yacht without permission

Before and during your stay

Please share these rules with everyone in your party. Follow the operator's safety briefing and lawful onboard instructions, including those about lifejackets, supervision of children, safe access and emergencies. Ask the operator before any swimming or water activity. These house rules do not replace applicable navigation or safety requirements.

If rules are not followed

A serious or unsafe breach may require the activity or stay to be stopped. Any decision about termination, charges or refunds must be proportionate and subject to the agreed booking terms and applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these rules, or any shorter notice on the homepage, creates an automatic blanket loss of refunds or removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
